We refuse the unauthorised collection of e-mail addresses published on this website by means of e-mail harvesting programs or other technical devices. Any violation may be subject to punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorised Collection of E-mail Addresses)

• (1) No person shall collect e-mail addresses from an internet website by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses, without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of that website.
• (2) No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
• (3) No person shall use e-mail addresses for the transmission of information in the knowledge that their collection, sale and distribution are prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
